MSU awards the MSU Non-Resident Scholarship to a limited number of incoming freshmen with non-U.S. residency status applying from outside the United States.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
The MSU Non-Resident Scholarship is awarded to a limited number of incoming international freshmen based on academic performance, student involvement, the application essay, English proficiency and geographic diversity. Awarding is competitive and the highest level of MSU Non-Resident Scholarship is typically limited to students in the top 5% of MSU’s applicant pool.
Value of Scholarship:
The MSU Non-Resident Scholarship has various award levels namely;
i. President’s Scholarship: $15,000
