Newcastle University is offering 30 Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarship awards to outstanding international applicants from eligible countries who apply to full-time undergraduate studies for September 2025 entry.

To be considered for these awards, applicants must:
i. Be a national of one of the following countries:
- South Africa, Kenya
- USA, Canada
- China
- Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea
- Brazil, Mexico, Peru
- Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and UAE
- Pakistan, Sri Lanka
- Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
iii. Hold an offer for an eligible undergraduate degree programme at the University’s Newcastle city centre campus for the 2025/26 academic year
iv. Already have or expect to receive a minimum of ABB at A level or equivalent

The value of the awards is valued as up to 50% tuition cost and it's for the full duration of the degree programme.
