Scholarship Summary: 

The new Richmond Liberal Arts Awards which are available to international students entering in Fall 2025, celebrate the liberal arts approach, which provides students with diversity, choice and freedom.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria: 

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must obtain the minimum following grade/scores in any of the following exams;
i. A levels – ABB
ii. IB – 32 points
iii. US High School Diploma – 3.5+ GPA
iv. BTEC – D*DD

Value of Scholarship: 

The Richmond International Liberal Arts Scholarships are valued as follows;

i. Liberal Arts Academic Excellence Award: £2,500 per year equivalent to ABB/GPA 3.5+ 

ii. English Language Award: £2,500 per year equivalent to 6.0 IELTS in all elements (for non-native English speakers)

1. Continuation of the Liberal Arts International Excellence Scholarship after the first year is conditional on the student achieving a cumulative GPA of at least 3.3 from the previous academic year, remaining in good standing and making a positive contribution to University life. 

2. Continuation of the Liberal Arts International Attainment Award after the first year is conditional on the student achieving a cumulative GPA of at least 2.8 from the previous academic year, remaining in good standing and making a positive contribution to University life.
