The Jardine Foundation offers a limited number of scholarships for postgraduate studies to qualified students from South-East Asia. Potential candidates are recommended through the preferred Colleges at Oxford and Cambridge for students who have already been accepted by the Universities.

To be eligible for consideration;
i. Candidates must be nationals of or resident of Cambodia, mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, for a period of at least 7 years.
ii. Have reached an academic standard to qualify for entry into the University of Oxford.
i. Candidates must be nationals of or resident of Cambodia, mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, for a period of at least 7 years.
ii. Have reached an academic standard to qualify for entry into the University of Oxford.
iii. You must have already submitted an Oxford University application and have been offered a place to study in order to be considered for this scholarship, but you do not need to have named Queen’s as your college choice.

The Jardine Graduate Scholarship covers the following;
i. University tuition fees payable directly to the University
iv. The cost of the UK Immigration Health Surcharge
v. One standard economy class airfare to be reimbursed at cost to the Scholar from the place of residence to the United Kingdom at the beginning of the Scholarship and for the return journey to the place of residence on completion of the Scholarship period.
This scholarship is renewable for up to four years.
Scholarship Application Guide:

ii. College fees, payable directly to the College
iii. An annual stipend to cover board and lodging and all other incidental expenses (the stipend will be payable in three instalments each year, the first instalment being larger to cover initial costs)iv. The cost of the UK Immigration Health Surcharge
v. One standard economy class airfare to be reimbursed at cost to the Scholar from the place of residence to the United Kingdom at the beginning of the Scholarship and for the return journey to the place of residence on completion of the Scholarship period.

iii. The reference letter can be sent directly by your referee to the Admissions and Graduate Administrator (admissions@queens.ox.ac.uk).
