The Sibley Scholarship is Lindenwood’s premier scholarship for exemplary student leaders (US citizens and residents only). This competitive scholarship recognizes students who exhibit high academic achievement, community service, co-curricular involvement and leadership.

To be eligible for the Sibley Scholarship, you must;
i. Be a new, first-year student who has applied and been admitted to Lindenwood University as a freshman for Fall 2024
ii. Have earned a minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 (out of a 4.0 scale), as reported on your official high school transcript.
iii. Complete the FAFSA application (preferred, but not required)
Value of Scholarship:

Value of Scholarship:
The Sibley Scholarship is awarded in a range and could cover up to full tuition and room & board annually. The Sibley Scholarship is renewable each year, up to eight consecutive fall and spring semesters. For renewal, students must maintain a 3.0 GPA and be a residential student.

- Submit a 500-750 word personal essay answering the following question: Describe a personal achievement you are proud of and how it has positively impacted you and others (such as your school, club or sports team, religious group, or community).
- Submit a resume.
ii. After a committee review of applicant submissions, Lindenwood will invite finalists to interview on-campus on the 23rd of February, 2024.
