Scholarship Summary:
Every freshman student (domestic and international) admitted to Southwest Baptist University will receive a merit-based academic scholarship based on ACT/SAT score and GPA.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum high school GPA of 3.0+
ii. Earn a minimum SAT score of 980+ or an ACT score of 19+
Value of Scholarship:
The SBU Academic Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
a. Presidential Distinguished Scholar Award — $14,500 per year

b. Provost's Scholar Award — $13,500 per year
