Scholarship Summary:
St. Thomas University offers generous merit scholarships to eligible incoming freshmen students (US citizens and residents only) based on outstanding academic performance, test scores and grade point average.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Be first-time, full-time undergraduate students matriculating from high school in the upcoming academic year
ii. Obtain a minimum high school GPA of 2.5+
Value of Scholarship:
The Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. STU Award: up to $9,000/year {Minimum required: 2.5+ GPA}
ii. Dean's Scholarship: up to $11,000/year {Minimum required: 3.0+ GPA}
iii. Presidential Scholarship: up to $13,000/year {Minimum required: 3.6 GPA}
iv. Catholic High School Graduate Scholarship: up to $14,000/year {Available to all students who graduate from a private Catholic High School with a 2.5+ GPA.}
All freshmen receive a guaranteed $1,000 BOBCAT AWARD for attending an official campus visit.
