Scholarship Summary:
The Freshman Merit Awards are the base academic scholarships that are awarded to incoming freshman students (domestic and international). These awards are merit based and determined by student ACT or SAT scores and GPA. Students have the opportunity to retake the ACT or SAT until the date that they begin enrollment in order to increase their score with the potential to receive a larger scholarship.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum high school GPA of 3.0
OR
ii. Earn a minimum cumulative test score of 1060 SAT/ 21 ACT/ 68 CLT
Value of Scholarship:
The Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;

Value of Scholarship:
The Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. 3.75 GPA OR 29 ACT OR 1330 SAT OR 95 CLT: up to $7,550 for in-state students or up to $9,550 for out-of-state and international students
ii. 3.50 GPA OR 25 ACT OR 1200 SAT OR 83 CLT: up to $6,550 for in-state students or up to $8,550 for out-of-state and international students
iii. 3.00 GPA OR 21 ACT OR 1060 SAT OR 67 CLT: up to $4,500 for in-state students or up to $6,500 for out-of-state and international students
iv. 18 ACT OR 960 SAT OR 55 CLT: up to $3,000 for in-state students or up to $4,000 for out-of-state and international students
