The University of Edinburgh School Of Economics offer Research and Teaching Scholarships for high-calibre international PhD students. You will be considered for this scholarship on the basis of academic merit and your potential to provide effective teaching. Factors such as nationality and financial status are not taken into account.

Value of Scholarship:
The scholarship provides a stipend approximate to UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) rates plus tuition fees, and is awarded for four years, subject to satisfactory progress. In return, students will provide teaching assistance of around 120 hours in first year, 180 hours in second year, and 240 hours in third and fourth year.
