Scholarship Summary:
The University of Kent has a long tradition of welcoming international students and is pleased to offer a number of scholarships to nationals of any country paying overseas fees for entry at undergraduate or postgraduate taught level.

To be eligible for consideration for a scholarship, all of the conditions below must have been satisfied;
For Undergraduate students
For Undergraduate students
i. Students must have at least AAA at A level or equivalent overseas qualification
ii. Submitted a formal application for an undergraduate degree programme at the University of Kent, due to start in September 2024.
iii. Received a formal offer of a place (conditional or unconditional) for their chosen programme of study.
iv. Students do not have to have accepted their offer to be eligible, however students who have declined their offer or who have made Kent their insurance choice will not be considered.
For Postgraduate students
i. Hold or be due to receive a UK First Class Honours degree or equivalent overseas qualification.
ii. Submitted a formal application to the University of Kent for your chosen taught Master’s programme of study.
iii. Received a conditional or an unconditional offer for their programme from the University of Kent, due to start in September 2024.
iv. The University must have received confirmation of the applicant's acceptance of their offer.
v. Be nationals of any country paying overseas fees
Value of Scholarship:
The Kent International Scholarships are worth £3,000 each towards the cost of tuition fees.

To apply;
i. Applications for the International Scholarship must be made via your applicant portal. You will only be able to submit an application for this scholarship via your portal once you have received an offer from the University of Kent.
ii. Once logged in, click on the applications tab, and select your submitted application.
iii. Click on the funding button. You will then see a list of scholarships that you may be eligible to apply for. You will be able to apply for the International Scholarship once you have received an offer.
iv. Click on Apply and follow the steps to submit your application.
v. Scholarships will be shortlisted based on academic achievement to date. Final decisions will also take into consideration your full programme application and the statement provided.
vi. The final recruitment and selection panel(s) will take place in the week commencing 29 April 2024. Applicants will be notified of the final decision shortly thereafter.
