QMUL is keen to reduce the burden of overall debt for UK graduates by providing as comprehensive and extensive a level of support as possible and is awarding the QMUL Bursary to all undergraduate students whose household income is lower than £35,001.

i. Applicant must be resident in the UK
ii. Applicant’s household income must not be higher than £35,000

iii. Applicant must be admitted into an undergraduate course at the University for the 2024/25 academic year.

The QMUL Bursary is worth;
i. £1,700 each year for students whose household income is less than £20,000
ii. £1,000 each year for students with a household income between £20,000 and £35,000

You do not need to make a separate application for the QMUL Bursary. To receive a QMUL bursary, you must have applied to your regional student funding authority for income assessed UK government financial support for higher education students.
