Scholarship Summary: 
Elmhurst University is awarding generous academic scholarships to incoming freshmen (domestic and international) based on academic records.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
The following criteria are used in awarding scholarships;
i. Performance in a solid college-bound curriculum
ii. Demonstrated abilities in standardized testing and grade patterns across the academic curriculum

Value of Scholarship: 
The Elmhurst Academic Scholarships are valued as follows;

For Domestic Students
i. Presidential Scholarship: Up to $22,000
ii. Dean's Scholarship: Up to $20,000
iii. Founder's Scholarship: Up to $18,000
iv. Trustee Scholarship: Up to $12,000
v. Blue and White Scholarship: Up to $10,000

First-year domestic students who are not residents of Illinois and who live in campus housing will also receive the Out-of-State Residential Grant of $2,000.

For International Students
i. International Chairman's Award: Up to $20,000 {awarded to any first-year (freshman) student who will study at Elmhurst}
ii. International Discovery Award: Up to $5,000 {based on academic merit}

All the above scholarships are renewable, provided recipients maintain a 2.00 Elmhurst University GPA and full-time enrollment.
