Scholarship Summary:
Students attending a Canadian secondary school and International students with final averages of 86% and higher, who meet the terms and conditions for scholarship, are guaranteed a renewable entrance scholarship.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Be currently enrolled full-time in a Canadian secondary school (minimum of three Ontario grade 12 U/M courses or Canadian provincial equivalent within the 2023-2024 regular school year
ii. Have been continuously enrolled full-time (no gaps in full-time attendance prior to the 2023-2024 regular school year)
iii. Be enrolling in a post secondary institution for the first time
iv. Have submitted the correct and complete application for admission to the program for which the scholarship is being granted by September 1, 2024
v. Canadian citizens, permanent residents of Canada, protected persons in Canada and international students are eligible for this award. International students (on a study visa) must be attending and completing studies at a Canadian secondary school to be eligible.
Value of Scholarship:
The TMU Undergraduate Guaranteed Entrance Awards are valued as follows;
i. Admission Average of 95%: CAD$3,000/year
ii. Admission Average of 90-94.99%: CAD$1,500/year
iii. Admission Average of 86–89.99%: CAD$750/year
Scholarship amount is to be distributed evenly between fall and winter semester and all awards are renewable.
