Scholarship Summary:
Students from Jamaica entering the Bachelor of Engineering program, who demonstrate good academic standing and financial need will be awarded the Richard and Melda Murray Jamaican Engineering Scholarship.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Be from Jamaica and have good academic standing
ii. Demonstrate financial need
iii. Be entering the Bachelor of Engineering program
Value of Scholarship:
The Richard and Melda Murray Jamaican Engineering Scholarship is valued as CAD$22,000/year and is renewable for four years.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
• Apply to an undergraduate engineering program at Dalhousie
• Complete the General Entrance Award application
• Pay the $70 CAD admissions application fee
• Submit your official first semester transcript. All documents must be sent to the Registrar’s Office. Transcripts must be sent by the issuing institution.
