Scholarship Summary:
The CV Starr Scholarship is available for a one-year taught master's programme in any subject. Applicants need to be nationals of Burma, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
I, Be domiciled in Burma, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand or Vietnam
ii. Be entering for a taught master’s programme at LSE
Value of Scholarship:
There is one CV Starr Scholarship of approximately £5,000.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply for LSE funding for programmes, you must:
i. Submit your application for the master's programme (See how to apply for graduate study at LSE)
ii. Once you submit your application for admission to LSE, you will be given access to the Graduate Applicant Portal. Submit your Graduate Financial Support Application Form via the Graduate application tracker including completing Section G: Personal Statement
- This allows you to track all aspects of your application for admission and will include a link to the Graduate Financial Support Application.
iii. Receive an offer of a place (conditional or unconditional): The outcome to your Graduate Support Scheme application will be displayed on the application tracker after you have received an offer. Successful applicants selected for other LSE Scholarships or awards will be notified by email throughout May, June and July 2025.
