Scholarship Summary:
Newcastle University Business School is proud to recognise and reward high calibre international applicants who apply to commence full-time undergraduate or postgraduate taught studies, with the Dean's International Excellence Scholarship.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
For you to be considered for this scholarship, you must:
i. Hold an offer of admission for 2024 entry for an eligible programme (see terms and conditions for eligible programmes)
ii. Hold a UK 1st Class Honours Degree or equivalent (for postgraduate)
iii. Hold an English language qualification of IELTS 7.0 or its equivalent with no subskill below 6.0, if your first language is not English.
iv. Be a national of one of the following countries: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, USA, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan.
Value of Scholarship:
The Directors International Excellence Scholarship is valued as follows;
i. 15 awards with a value of £8,000 tuition fee discount, payable towards the cost of tuition fees.

i. Eligible candidates will automatically be considered for the Dean’s International Excellence Scholarship as part of their academic course application.
ii. Scholarship awards are made through the academic year and so early application is suggested.
