Scholarship Summary:
The University of Manchester, in partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, is offering five scholarships to students in Bangladesh, France, Greece, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam, applying for one-year master’s programmes, who will enrol in the 2025/26 academic year.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be considered for a GREAT Scholarship,
i. You must hold a conditional or unconditional offer for a master's course at the University of Manchester
ii. Applicants should be passport holders of Bangladesh, France, Greece, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam.
iii. You must demonstrate academic excellence over and above the criteria required for admission to the PGT programme selected
iv. You must have sufficient proficiency in English language
Value of Scholarship:
The University of Manchester GREAT Scholarship is valued as £10,000.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
a. Eligible applicants should apply for postgraduate admission into one of the eligible courses and receive an offer.
b. The scholarship application form will be emailed to all relevant offer-holders by the International Office.
c. Successful applicants will be notified by 30 May 2025 and will be required to firmly accept their offer of a place by 15 June 2025 in order to confirm their scholarship.
