Scholarship Summary:
DSU's Theodore Roosevelt Honors Leadership Program is a student-driven program which allows participants (domestic and international) to maximize their time in the classroom. Students hone decision-making and problem-solving techniques with intellectual rigor and character development in this program. 

Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants in the Theodore Roosevelt Honors Leadership Program must;
i. Be baccalaureate degree seeking. 
ii. Have a 3.5 grade point average or higher in high school and/or ACT score of 26 or higher SAT score of 1170 or higher.
iii. Students will only be admitted to the program in the fall

Please note that all TR Scholars must graduate with a Leadership Studies Minor.

Value of Scholarship:
Students who have earned a place in the Theodore Roosevelt Honors Leadership Program have the potential to earn the following:
  • up to $16,000 in total scholarships*
  • $1,600 years one and two (per year)
  • $2,400 years three and four (per year)
  • $2,000 Presidential (per year) with cumulative GPA of 3.8-4.0+
  • $1,500 Vice Presidential (per year) with cumulative GPA of 3.3-3.79
All TRHLP students must maintain a satisfactory GPA of 3.25, be enrolled full time (12 credit hours) at DSU every semester and attend the required mandatory events in order to remain qualified for the scholarships.
