Scholarship Summary:
High Point University offers an Honors Scholars Program and five discipline-specific Fellowships to top incoming students (domestic and international) who demonstrate high achievement and potential for future success. Students invited to join each program are offered a scholarship in addition to any other academic award. Honors Scholars and Fellows are able to collaborate with fellow students and faculty to deepen their connection to their education and engage in undergraduate research opportunities.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set criteria but past recipients were in the top 40% of the applicant pool.
Value of Scholarship:
Each student accepted and enrolling into the Honors or to any Fellows program is awarded an additional $3,000 per year merit scholarship based on academic performance and continued participation in the program. This is in addition to any Presidential or High Point Scholarship.
Fellows must meet GPA and professionalism requirements to be awarded continuation of their fellowship into the next academic year.

To be considered for membership into the Honors Scholar and/or Fellows programs as a new student,
i. You must first submit your High Point University undergraduate admissions application.
ii. Next, complete the Honors Scholar and Fellows programs application through your PantherPage.
