Scholarship Summary:
Alfred State College is awarding the Big Blue Residential Assistance Grant to academically talented first-time, domestic freshmen who are non-residents of New York and will be living on campus studying full-time.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible, applicants must;
i. Be US citizens or permanent residents who reside and attend high school outside of New York State
ii. Be living on campus studying a full-time degree
iii. Demonstrate significant financial need
Value of Scholarship:
The Alfred State Big Blue Residential Assistance Grant is valued as up to $7,500 per year.
Specific value will be determined based on a student’s financial need as determined by the Student Records and Financial Services Office and funding availability; award is subject to change if any aspect of a student’s financial aid information is updated.
Scholarship Application Guide:
This scholarship requires no special scholarship application; all admitted first-time freshmen students who are eligible are automatically considered for this scholarship.
