Scholarship Summary:
Domestic students of exceptional achievement may be selected upon admission to Binghamton for one of three types of significant four-year scholarship commitments. A limited number of scholarships are also available for international students via the admission process.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
The criteria for for Binghamton merit scholarships are not defined but recipients are required to achieve a minimum GPA.
Value of Scholarship:
The Binghamton Freshman Merit Scholarships are namely as follows;
a. Presidential Scholarship
b. Provost Scholarship
c. Dean’s Scholarship
d. International Student Scholarship (limited number)
Scholarships are renewable annually up to the period listed in the scholarship offer. Full-time enrollment and minimum grade-point-averages are required to maintain eligibility.
Scholarship Application Guide:
There is no separate scholarship application; eligible candidates will be automatically awarded upon admission.
For domestic students, it's highly recommended that you submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) no later than January 1.
