Scholarship Summary:
High-achieving first-year/freshmen applicants (domestic and international) are considered for various scholarship awards. Award amounts are based on academic merit and include a holistic review of your application that takes into account the rigor of your high school curriculum and your involvement in activities outside of the classroom.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be considered for a SUNY Poly merit scholarship, a complete admissions application must be received by the priority deadline of February 1.
In lieu of an SAT/ACT score, International students must submit one of the following minimum English proficiency scores to be considered for scholarship.
a. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): Internet based test score of 90
b. International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Overall band score of 7.0
c. PTE Academic (PTE): Overall score of 65
d. Duolingo English Test (DET): Total score of 115
