Scholarship Summary:
Concordia University is awarding academic merit scholarships to incoming freshmen (domestic and international) on the basis of your achievements and potential to contribute to the university's community. The amount of the scholarship is based upon your academic profile: a combination of your high school GPA, in some cases a standardized test score (ACT/CLT/SAT).
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To qualify for Concordia institutional financial aid, you must
i. Be admitted for full-time undergraduate studies and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
ii. Obtain a minimum high school GPA of 2.0
Value of Scholarship:
The Concordia Freshmen Academic Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. President’s Scholarship: $24,000 {Required: 4.0 GPA and an ACT composite score of 31 or higher (or CLT/SAT equivalent)}
ii. Regent’s Scholarship I: $20,000 {Required: 4.0 GPA}
iii. Regent’s Scholarship II: $19,000 {Required: 3.85-3.99 GPA}
iv. Dean’s Scholarship I: $18,000 {Required: 3.60-3.84 GPA}
v. Dean’s Scholarship II: $17,000 {Required: 3.30-3.59 GPA}
vi. Achievement Scholarship: $16,000 {Required: 2.00-3.29 GPA}
Scholarship Application Guide:
There is no separate scholarship application, you will automatically be considered for a merit scholarship upon acceptance to Concordia.
