Scholarship Summary:
University of Nebraska-Lincoln is delighted to award several academic merit-based scholarships to outstanding first-year college students from Nebraska with a high academic potential. This scholarship can only be applied to resident University of Nebraska–Lincoln tuition.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
A competitive UNL Scholar;
i. Demonstrates high academic potential and 
ii. Has a minimum 23 ACT (or SAT equivalent) and 
iii. An outstanding high school grade point average or excellent class rank. 

Value of Scholarship:
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Academic Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. David Distinguished Tuition Scholarship - $4,000 annually {Required: 30 ACT (or SAT equivalent)} 
ii. Husker Traditions Scholarship - $2,500 annually {Required: 27 ACT (or SAT equivalent)} 
iii. Husker Power Scholarship - $2,000 {Required: 23 ACT (or SAT equivalent), award is non-renewable} 

Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
1. Apply for admission into UNL by February 1.
2. Complete the ACT/SAT on or before the February national test date and submit scores to Nebraska.
3. Upload a current unofficial high school transcript and submit your Enrollment Deposit in MyRED by May 1.
4. Submit your final high school transcript in MyRED by June 1.
