Scholarship Summary:
Teesside University is delighted to partner with the British Council and offer three GREAT scholarships for eligible international applicants in the academic year 2025/26 and starting their studies in September 2025.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be considered for a GREAT scholarship, you must:
• Be a national of one of the following countries: Egypt, Pakistan or Spain
• Be assessed as international for tuition fee purposes
• Be self-funded
• Hold an offer from Teesside University (Conditional or Unconditional) by 25 April 2025 for a postgraduate taught one-year master's programme, commencing September 2025
• Must be applying to study a course in the relevant subject area (E.g. Pakistani students can only apply onto one-year postgraduate STEM courses)
Value of Scholarship:
The Teesside GREAT Scholarship is valued as a £10,000 tuition fee waiver. One award available for each country.

i. Candidates will be automatically considered for this scholarship; no separate scholarship application is necessary.
- The scholarship will be awarded to outstanding candidates displaying exceptional academic merit, displayed in their academic application.
ii. Successful applicants will be informed by 30 May 2025 and will be expected to contribute to the wider marketing and outreach activity of Teesside University.
