Scholarship Summary:
The Roy Frederick Turner Scholarship (Agriculture) is an undergraduate scholarship created to support undergraduate students (domestic and international) undertaking studies in agriculture at the University of Sydney and is awarded on the basis of financial need.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
You must:
• be enrolled in or starting a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Agriculture) or Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Food and Agribusiness)
• demonstrate financial need.
Value of Scholarship:
This scholarship is valued at AUD$7,500 per annum and is tenable for one year only.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
a. Complete the online scholarship application form
b. The Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of:
I. academic merit, and
II. supporting documentation and a personal statement which provides evidence of financial need and any other relevant hardship.
c. The Scholarship will be awarded on the nomination of a selection committee consisting of the Dean of the Faculty of Science and the Head of School of Life and Environmental Sciences, or their nominated delegates.
