Scholarship Summary:
Union College NY will award a variety of awards and grants to incoming freshmen (US citizens and residents) based on academic excellence, exceptional talents and/or financial need.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set criteria for consideration but past recipients were in the top 40% of the applicant pool.
Value of Scholarship:
The Union College NY Domestic Freshmen Awards range as follows;
i. Henle Scholarship: Recognize and support student scholars who demonstrate a unique combination of outstanding talents and accomplishments, academic excellence, and the promise of exceptional contribution and commitment to the College community.
ii. Making U Possible Grant is available to students who apply for financial aid, but who otherwise would not qualify for need-based aid or would qualify for only minimal amounts
iii. Union College Grant is offered to students who demonstrate need for financial assistance as measured through the CSS Profile.
Scholarship Application Guide:
There is no separate scholarship application; merit scholarships are awarded to eligible students during the admission process.
