Scholarship Deadline: 
Applications for this scholarship will end on the 1st of December, 2023. 

Scholarship Summary: 
University of New Mexico is awarding a number of institutional scholarships to top-performing freshmen students from New Mexico.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria: 
To be eligible for these scholarships, applicants must;
i. Be NM High School Graduates or NM GED recipients (Find required GPAs below)

Renewal Policy
Complete 15 new credit hours with a 3.0 GPA each semester (fall and spring semesters)

Value of Scholarship: 
The UNM Resident Institutional Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Woodward Scholars: $4,000 per year {4.0 Cumulative GPA}
ii. UNM Scholars: $3,000 per year {3.85 - 3.99 Cumulative GPA}
iii. UNM Achievers: $2,000 per year {3.60 - 3.84 Cumulative GPA}

All above scholarships are renewable for four years
