Scholarship Summary:
All first-year applicants (domestic and international) are automatically considered for academic scholarships upon admission into Duquesne University.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for scholarship consideration, applicants must;
i. Be first year students entering an undergraduate degree at Duquesne University
ii. Obtain a minimum high school GPA of 3.0
iii. Have a minimum ACT 21 or SAT 1080 score
Test-optional applicants are also eligible for scholarships.
Value of Scholarship:
The Duquesne First-Year Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Up to $18,000 (Up to 2.99 GPA and up to ACT 21 or up to SAT 1080)
ii. Up to $23,000 (3.0-3.69 GPA and ACT 22-27 or SAT 1100-1290)
iii. Up to $27,000 (3.7-4.0 GPA and ACT 28-36 or SAT 1300-1400+)
iv. Libermann Scholarship for international students: $9,000 - $26,000
v. Test-Optional Admissions Scholarship: up to $27,000 (Reviewed on individual basis)
Duquesne's academic scholarship/s may be renewed each academic year for a maximum of eight semesters of undergraduate study (except Pharmacy, which is 12 semesters).
