Scholarship Summary:
All full-time, degree-seeking international students at Juniata are eligible for the International Friendship Award. In addition, most international students are eligible for partial merit-based scholarships (scholarships for students with a record of high academic achievement) and need-based grants (grants based on the financial need of student). Please note that financial assistance for students who are not U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents is limited and is dependent upon funds available.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for scholarship consideration at Juniata, applicants must;
i. Be international fee-paying students
ii. Be accepted for undergraduate study at Juniata
iii. Have excellent academic records
iv. Demonstrate significant financial aid
Value of Scholarship:
The Juniata International Merit scholarships are namely as follows;
i. International Friendship Award: $2,000/year award
ii. International Merit and Need-Based Scholarships: $2,000 - $25,000 annually
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
i. Students must complete the admissions process before financial aid can be offered.
ii. Complete the Juniata College International Student Financial Aid Form. Alternatively, students are welcome to submit the College Board International Student Financial Aid Application instead.
