Scholarship Summary:
International Freshman Students who are admitted to and enrolled in the Petree College of Arts and Sciences, Meinders School of Business, or the Kramer School of Nursing with a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 are eligible for these scholarships.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum high school GPA of 3.0
ii. Register for full-time enrollment of 12 or more hours per semester
Value of Scholarship:
The OCU International Academic scholarship is valued as follows;
i. $5,000/yr (Required: 3.6 – 4.0 GPA)
ii. $4,000/yr (Required: 3.30 - 3.59 GPA)
iii. $3,000/yr (Required: 3.0 - 3.29 GPA)
The International Departmental Scholarship can be awarded in addition to the International Academic Scholarship.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
i. Incoming international first-year students must submit their application and all required documents by March 1.
Required Documents include the following;
a. Application and application essay,
b. Official high school transcript,
c. High school counselor's recommendation form, and
d. $55 application fee.
