Scholarship Summary:
The Harrison McCain Scholarship is available annually to entering 1st-year, full-time students attending the Saint Francis Xavier University who have graduated from a high school in Canada.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum 80% average in your senior year of high school,
ii. Have significant financial need,
iii. Demonstrate leadership qualities,
iv. Show a recognized initiative in funding your own education.
Value of Scholarship:
The Harrison McCain Scholarship is valued as CAD$16,000 (CAD$4,000, renewable for 4 years)

2. Applicants must complete and submit a Harrison McCain Scholarship application by March 1 AST.
3. Applicants must ensure two (2) StFX Major Scholarship reference forms are completed and submitted by March 1 AST. References automatically receive an email providing them with the information they need. If they misplace the URL to the reference form, they can click here to access it.
4. Applicants must submit their first-semester grade 12 transcript(s) by March 1 AST.
