Scholarship Summary:
The University of Edinburgh Business School is delighted to offer a host of scholarships to its incoming cohort of MBA students (UK and international) based on certain criteria such as leadership experience, prior qualification and work experience.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. have received an offer (conditional or unconditional) to join one of the eligible MBA programmes and have either firmly accepted the offer or be intending to do so.
Value of Scholarship:
The UEA MBA Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. MBA Diversity Scholarships: £5,000, to candidates who enhance the diversity of cultures or perspectives on the Edinburgh MBA
ii. MBA Leadership Scholarships: £10,000, to candidates who can demonstrate strong leadership experience or potential and have at least 7 years work experience
iii. MBA Merit Scholarship: £5,000, to candidates who can demonstrate exceptional prior qualifications.
iv. MBA Achievement Scholarship: £7,500, to candidates who can demonstrate successful prior achievement in contributing to the improvement of a business, social or public organization
v. MBA EU Regional Scholarship: £5,000, to offer holders domiciled in the EU, who have the potential to contribute to and enrich all aspects of the MBA programme and the diverse academic and cultural profile of the class.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply,
i. You should submit a MBA scholarship application form as soon as possible after receipt of an offer of a place on an MBA program
ii. As part of the application you will be required to:
- identify the MBA programme you have applied for
- supply your unique username (UUN) that you received as part of your application
- enter statements supporting your application, outlining your qualifications, work experience, and objectives
Certain scholarships will require additional supporting statements.
