Scholarship Summary:
Vogue Australia and Billy Blue have a long-standing partnership founded on a mutual love of design, innovation and fostering emerging talent in the Australian creative industries and is thus awarding the Vogue Australia Design scholarship in Torrens University.
One scholarship is available for an Australian student looking to commence their studies in the T3 2023 intake, commencing 18 September.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
The scholarship is open to new Australian students who want to study an undergraduate design degree in one or more of the following areas:
• Interior Design
• Communication or Graphic Design
• Branded Fashion Design
• Fashion Marketing and Enterprise
• UX and Web Design
• 3D Design and Animation
• Film and Video Design
• Photography and Photo Imaging
• OR a Master of Design
Value of Scholarship:
The recipient of the Vogue Australia Scholarship will get:
• 50% off your course fees for the course’s entire duration
• Exclusive opportunities such as mentorship from the Vogue team
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
1. Please fill out this form with your contact details.
2. After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming Torrens has received your details.
3. After receiving a confirmation email, you will receive a call from the Future Student Advisor within the next business day. During this call, they will verify your application status:
- If you haven't applied for the course yet, this is an opportunity to talk through your study options or ask questions on completing the course application process. There is no commitment at this stage, but this step will link your scholarship application to your course of interest.
- If you have already applied for the course, after the call you will receive an email with a link to upload your creative work which will complete your scholarship submission..
4. Please fill out and submit the scholarship application form with the below:
- Create your very own Vogue Australia or Vogue Living cover design and provide a 100-word supporting rationale. The cover design can take any form (e.g. animation, hand sketched, moodboard etc.) and is your opportunity to show the panel your skills and unique design style or perspective.
- Supply your current resume.
5. Wait for (hopefully) good news. You will be notified via email, so please ensure your email address is correct.
