Scholarship Summary:
Augustana University is committed to rewarding incoming freshmen (domestic and international) for all the time spent studying into the morning hours, by awarding academic scholarships based on GPA or SAT/ACT test score.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for scholarship consideration at Augustana, you must;
• Be admitted by Augustana University and be classified as an entering first-time freshman.
• Obtain a minimum HS GPA of 3.0 OR 19 ACT or 990 SAT
Value of Scholarship:
The Augustana University Freshman Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. $19,000/year {3.0 – 3.29 GPA OR 19 ACT OR 990 – 1020 SAT}
ii. $20,000/year {3.3 – 3.49 GPA OR 20 - 21 ACT OR 1030 – 1090 SAT}
iii. $21,000/year {3.5 – 3.69 GPA OR 22 -24 ACT OR 1100 – 1190 SAT}
iv. $22,000/year {3.7 – 3.89 GPA OR 25 - 27 ACT OR 1200 – 1290 SAT}
v. $23,000/year {3.9 – 3.99 GPA OR 28 - 31 ACT OR 1300 – 1410 SAT}
vi. $24,000/year {4.0+ GPA OR 32+ ACT OR 1420+ SAT}
vii. Global Leaders Award – Amount varies {International students based on academic credentials and country of citizenship}
Applicants who apply by December 15 will receive the Priority Application Scholarship of $1,000 in addition.
