Scholarship Summary:
Cumberland University is delighted to offer the Presidential Award Scholarship to incoming freshmen (domestic and international) who have demonstrated academic excellence in their high school academic records.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for a Presidential Award Scholarship, you must;
• Be a new freshman student
• Have a minimum high school GPA of 3.0
• Have a minimum 27 ACT or 1280 SAT
Value of Scholarship:
The Presidential Award Scholarship is valued at up to $16,000 annually.
To maintain this scholarship, recipients must maintain full-time student status and maintain a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA.
Scholarship Application Guide:
There is no separate scholarship application, eligible freshmen will be automatically awarded upon admission.
