Scholarship Summary:
Cumberland University is delighted to offer the Trustee Scholarship to incoming freshmen (domestic and international) who have performed exceptionally in their academics and are in the top 5% of their graduating class.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for a Presidential Award Scholarship, you must;
• Be a new freshman student
• Be in the top 5% of their graduating class
• Have a minimum high school GPA of 3.5
• Have a minimum 30 ACT or 1390 SAT
Value of Scholarship:
The Trustee Scholarship is valued at up to full tuition annually.
To maintain this scholarship, recipients must maintain full-time student status and maintain a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA at the end of each academic year.

i. Complete the admission application.
ii. Submit the Trustee application by the set deadline; Trustee applicants must submit a 500-750 word essay to the Director of Financial Aid explaining why they should be considered for the Trustee Scholarship
