Scholarship Summary:
Scholarships for incoming, undergraduate students (domestic and international) are offered through Millersville University's Admissions Office and recipients are selected based on their academic performance (merit). No application is required! Please note that awards will be given to the highest qualified students first.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration for a Millersville Admission Merit Scholarship, you must;
i. Be an incoming freshman
ii. Demonstrate academic excellence in your high school records
Value of Scholarship:
The Millersville Merit scholarships are valued as follows;
For Pennsylvania students
i. The Millersville Distinguished Scholar Award: $4,000/year
ii. Black and Gold Achievement Scholarship: $3,000/year
iii. Eppiic Scholars Award: $2,000/year
For Out-of-State Students
i. Marauder Award: $7,000/year
ii. Voyager Award: $5,000/year
iii. Explorers Award: $3,000/year
For International Students
Amount varies
In order to continue receiving the award, you must meet the following criteria each year:
• Be enrolled in a degree program
• Be enrolled in 12+ credits each semester
• Maintain the required cumulative GPA
• Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
Scholarship Application Guide:
No Application is required. When you apply to the university, you are placed into a pool and scholarship recipients are selected from that pool based on their qualifications.
