Scholarship Summary:
To reward excellence, the University of York is offering the Dean's Global Excellence Scholarship to talented international undergraduate students within the faculties. Two awards are available for each faculty.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for the Dean's Global Excellence Scholarship, you must:
• have a conditional or unconditional offer to study at the University of York by 9 May 2025
• be paying fees at the overseas fee rate (any fee assessments must be completed by 9 May 2025)
• intend to study a full-time undergraduate course
• Open to International (including EU) students only.
Value of Scholarship:
The Dean's Global Excellence Scholarship is valued as a full tuition fee discount for the first year followed by £10,000 tuition fee discount for the second and third year.
Scholarship Application Guide:
All undergraduate students holding an offer at York will be automatically considered and successful awardees will be notified by Friday 9 May 2025. There is no need to formally apply for the scholarship. A panel of senior staff from the University will select the successful scholarship awardees after the deadline date.
