All students (domestic) are eligible for the NSU’s Dean’s Scholarship when they apply to a Bachelor’s program at NSU and it is awarded based on past academic achievement. The award of this scholarship will be provided upon acceptance to a program and is awarded in Fall and Winter. Those selected earn the highest grades and present either the SAT or ACT scores.

2025|26 Spelman College Merit Scholarships (US Based)

Scholarship Summary: 
Spelman College (a women-only college) awards a limited number of merit-based scholarships to new incoming first-year domestic students. Recipients are selected from a competitive pool of students based on the academic profile and details submitted in the application. The committee considers those who demonstrate strong academic performance and engagement in high school.

This determination is based on the grade point average, standardized test scores, community service and leadership. Financial assistance at Spelman for international applicants is limited.
